Meeting Rooms

The Meeting spaces have an alive quality - a deeply beautiful energy which surrounds and nourishes the participants.

◊ Sanctuary Meeting Room has a low stage for performance or formal presentation with stage lighting, a large open area which can seat up to 144 people, skylights, clerestory windows and indirect lighting for a "natural" lighting look (no fluorescents), audio/visual equipment and capability. Acoustically, the room is good for voice or music. The stage is 12' by 21'. The rest of the room is 48' by 30'.

◊ Gaia Meeting Space is an intimate meeting space for smaller groups. The meeting space is 20' by 30' and comfortably holds 15-20 people (only 15 overnight). The Building has three bathrooms, a kitchenette, 6 bedrooms with 15 beds.

Additionally to the 2 meeting spaces there are a number of rooms which can be used for breakout rooms, dining, or informal social time, restrooms, a kitchen and a small outdoor patio perfect for socializing or for intimate dining for 2 to 5 people - weather permitting.

Catering

Our in house catering is known for providing groups with creative and delicious meals. The kitchen staff is devoted to nurturing and nourishing the people that come to Still Meadow. 

We take pride in the care that we put into the meals.  From the menu planning, to the cooking, to the service and presentation, our goal is to provide healthy and delightful meals that satisfy and support our guests.

Overnight Accomodations

In the "Bed-and-Breakfast" style, our comfortable overnight accomodations include single, double occupancy rooms, and dorm style rooms with shared baths.

We also have several camp sites for guests who like to be closer to nature, weather permitting of course.

Sauna

Our guests are encouraged to use the complimentary rustic sauna set in the woods. The Sauna is thereputic and a nice way to relax and restore during your visit.

Set in the forest this sauna is beaitful inside and out making it a truly rejuvinating and healing experience.

Tommy and Leslie Harris of Body of Spirit Massage offer massage, body wraps, spa therapies, Ayurvedic therapies, detox ion cleanse footbath, and more at our onsite spa.

Trails

Explore the 60 acres of forest and discover the beautiful natural world that surrounds us. Still Meadow is home to a few Old Growth Douglas Fir trees, the Grandfather Trees, which are over 800 years old. Wander down to the creek and the meditation platform and listen to the relaxing sounds of flowing water.

Labyrinth

Labyrinths have been represented both symbolically and physically throughout history and in many cultures. Some have interpreted the journey through the labryinth as a enlightening experience going from birth, the start, to god, the center, for others it was seen as a place to trap demons. Certain American Indian tribes believed the labryinth represented mother earth, as it repeated the spiraling pattern found in nature and was often used to remind man of his relationship with the earth.

Our classical 7 path labyrinth is located in the meadow and is a great place to meditate, heal, and connect with yourself, nature or whatever your higher calling may be. During your stay we encourage you to walk the labyrinth follow the twists and turns and discover what the journey and experience means to you.
